Our history
Founded in 2009, we have grown from a Sydney-based practice of two partners to an organisation with nine offices across Australia and New Zealand. We have 16 partners and leaders, and around 180 professionals working across State, Federal, and Local Government, as well as the private sector.

Our RAP aims to create a lasting positive influence on our people, industries, and communities. It outlines how we will enhance opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, promote cultural awareness, and educate non-Indigenous Australians, fostering a corporate culture of diversity, equality, and respect.
