With over 30 years of experience advising both private and government sectors, Pamela brings deep expertise in complex commercial models for large-scale infrastructure delivery, risk management, and governance frameworks. She has successfully delivered multiple high-profile performance audits for state governments.
Prior to joining OCM, Pamela trained with two of the Big Four firms, ultimately service as a Partner. In her current role, she sets the strategic direction of OCM, mentors national teams, and ensures best-in-class standards for product quality and client service across the firm.
A passionate advocate for women’s leadership, Pamela has been a member of the Australian Red Cross Society of Women Leaders since 2016 and previously chaired its Governance Committee. Her commitment to diversity and inclusion continues to influence her leadership approach and industry engagement.
