Prior to establishing OCM, Rory was a partner and board member at a Big Four professional services firm, where he led national public sector services and specialised in probity, internal audit, and risk management. As OCM’s former Managing Director until 2019, Rory was responsible for probity product quality assurance and national leadership.

His practical, pragmatic advice is highly valued by clients and regulatory bodies, including integrity authorities, who have sought his input on best practice guidance for direct negotiations and conflict-of-interest management.
With over 3,500 probity engagements delivered across nearly every Australian jurisdiction, Rory has advised on complex major projects in key sectors including transport, education, health, renewables, utilities and major events over the past decade. His collaborative approach ensures holistic solutions for clients, working closely with other project advisors to achieve successful outcomes.
